we are committed to providing accessible mental health care services and ensure that our fees are below the recommended rate set by the Australian Association of Psychologists.
-
A standard appointment is 50 minutes.
Our fees from 1st July 2025 range from $230 – $300, dependant upon which clinician you see and their experience and qualifications as well as the time of the appointment. All of clinicians fees remain well below the recommended fee schedule of the Australian Association of Psychologists and the Australian Association of Social Workers.
-
If, for some reason you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please give The Harbour at least 48 hours notice, otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the consult fee.
If you cancel with less that 24 hours notice you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the consult fee. Appointments to which the client does not attend (‘no show’) will also incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Please note that weekends and/or public holidays are not included as hours of notice, as these hours do not provide our team with an opportunity to offer your session time to other clients who are waiting to see your practitioner. We thank you for respecting this policy.
-
Private Health Insurance rebates may be available, subject to your eligibility and level of cover.
**Please note that both Medicare and Private health rebates cannot be used for the same consultation, if you are using a Medicare Mental Health Care Plan you cannot claim Private Health Insurance also*.

-
This practice is not a bulk billing practice. Our clinicians may reduce their fees in exceptional circumstances only.
