Catherine was awarded a Masters in Clinical Psychology at Australian Catholic University in 2011. She has worked in various private and public settings with people with complex mental health difficulties. Catherine enjoys working with people who experience Depression, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Complex PTSD, and Borderline Personality Disorder. Catherine also enjoys supporting people through personal/existential and interpersonal/attachment difficulties. She has a deep passion for psychological treatment and supporting people and feels that working alongside her clients is a huge privilege.
Catherine aims to develop a rich and fulfilling therapeutic space with her clients and has a particular focus on helping her clients to understand how their current challenges are influenced by their developmental history and other life events. Catherine enjoys guiding her clients to connecting with their inner resources, including enhancing bodily based awareness and ones sense of self.
Catherine works alongside her clients to develop meaningful goals and life changes through an eclectic range of treatment approaches, including – mindfulness, schema therapy techniques, DBT, CBT, IPT and ACT. Catherine is committed to ongoing professional development to ensure her practice is in line with current best practice approaches.

Jade was awarded a Masters of Clinical Psychology at the Australian Catholic University after completing undergraduate and honours degrees in Psychological Science. She is passionate about mental health and the impact that it can have on people’s lives.
Jade aims to create a safe space in her practice where she can work collaboratively with her clients to help them develop an understanding of not only their mental health experiences, but how past experiences influence and contribute to their struggles in everyday life. She is passionate about assisting and empowering clients to form a deep connection with themselves and subsequently make decisions in their life that will promote optimal wellbeing. She has a strong focus on interpersonal relationships and endeavours to help clients form meaningful and fulfilling relationships both within the therapeutic space and in their everyday lives. Jade aims to walk alongside her clients through their healing process by adopting an eclectic approach to treatment, tailoring her interventions based on the client’s individual needs. She is trained in several trauma-focussed therapies including: Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Emotion Focussed Therapy (EFT). Based on the research evidence, Jade works to foster a collaborative, respectful and empathetic relationship with her clients to support them in developing the insights and emotional shifts that are necessary for lasting therapeutic change. She is committed to her continued professional development to ensure she is providing the best quality of care to her clients.
Over the past 10 years, Jade has assessed and treated adolescents, adults and older adults across a range of therapeutic settings. Alongside her private practice, Jade has worked in a large private psychiatric hospital and has been involved in the development and delivery of both inpatient and outpatient group programs that are designed to address various psychiatric conditions. She is currently responsible for co-ordinating and overseeing a trauma informed group therapy program in a private psychiatric setting and is passionate about helping trauma survivors develop safety and connection within a healing group space.
In addition to the above, Jade is also a board approved supervisor and is available to supervise psychologists and clinical registrars in a broad range of therapies.
Stacey Tuffin

Stacey has over 15 years experience working with individuals, families and couples affected by loss, grief and trauma. She is passionate about building a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship to instill hope and achieve individual outcomes.
Stacey was awarded a Masters of Social Work in Counselling at the University of NSW. She has worked in various different government and private settings supporting individuals experiencing mental health issues following sudden life events. This has included senior positions in a major trauma hospital, paediatric palliative care and in the missing persons sector. She has also been involved in a number of projects to improve patient care and address the impact of vicarious trauma in the workplace.
Stacey works with a broad range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ambiguous loss and life limiting illness. Stacey also has a special interest in the area of fertility and perinatal mental health. She has had significant experience working in the IVF field and enjoys working with individuals and couples during conception, pregnancy and childbirth. She uses a warm and collaborative approach to ensure her practice is transparent and sensitive. She draws on her practical experience and various evidence-based therapies to help individuals gain a better understanding of their emotional challenges.

Dr Kirstyn Windsor is a registered Clinical Psychologist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Kirstyn is a warm and authentic clinician who has experience working with adults across the lifespan. Kirstyn is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to make sense of their patterns of thinking, feeling, behaving, and relating, to facilitate change.
Kirstyn has extensive experience working with individuals experiencing a range of difficulties including anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, phobias, and adjustment. Kirstyn has a special interest in providing evidence-based psychological treatment to individuals experiencing personality disorders and eating disorders.
Kirstyn has completed specialised training, and utilises several evidence based psychological interventions including Cognitive Analytic Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Her therapeutic style is compassionate and authentic, adopting a person-centred approach to understand each individual’s needs in order to deliver targeted treatment approaches.
Currently, Kirstyn balances her work at the clinic with part time work at The Alfred, where she is a senior psychologist working with people experiencing emotion dysregulation, psychosis, and acute distress. She is also a senior clinician in The Alfred’s DBT program, where she works intensively with people with borderline personality disorder.
